My experience here started off well enough. I spoke with a guy who knew a lot about the upgrades I was looking for, and gave me pretty thorough explanations of my options. I spent a lot of time using the online virtual garage to pick out the tires and wheels that I wanted. The site was difficult to navigate. It was extremely frustrating when it would make you start over from scratch again if you tried to go back to the previous page. When I finally sent in my selections, I was having a hard time getting a response from anyone at the shop. I left both texts and voicemails, and would get a few random responses spaced out a couple of days apart. I decided to go back in person to try and get my estimate and start on the work. Every time I spoke to someone it was a different guy and I felt like I had to start over again. I did eventually get my all of the parts I wanted picked out, and told them I was ready to move forward. I was ready to throw down 8K in cash, but I was pretty much ghosted after that. It was frustrating since I put so much time into it and was excited to get the upgrades done. I sent several more texts and voicemails and was told that they had been trying to get ahold of me which makes zero sense since I had no missed calls or texts from them, and they had my number. I ended up going to another shop that took me seriously from the start.

Outlaw Jeep did an incredible job swapping out my old spacer lift with a teraflex 2.5" lift, Fox 2.0 shocks with an Apex 2.5 ton aluminum steering chassis and HD track-bar. Also had the Fox steering stabilizer installed. We installed the HD tire carrier and a 3rd LED brake light ring too. I had a ton of issues with these 14.5" wheel/tire setup and now the jeep handles great. If your looking for the right team to work on your jeep I would highly recommend these guys every time.

"WARNING" I usually dont spend unproductive time with reviews but if it will help save an innocent customer than here it is. Everyone is entitled to make mistakes, but its what a person or company does to fix their mistake that defines their true character. As you will see in the photo, Outlaw did a HORRIBLE job of selling and installing a BDS 4" kit that I was sold and promised would be level and NOT front high, see for yourself! The problems you cant see it the photo besides the medal on medal clunking noise is that when I got back to the east cost and had a certified BDS dealer work to fix that problem, they discovered that a lot of the factory wax, paint and factory undercoating was butchered up and they didn't even paint behind their work after agreeing to a 5,000 kit. Outlaw is now fighting me at this moment and trying to offer a cheap settlement that only covers a small portion of this unresolved issue. They will treat you RUDE and arrogantly even after they make mistakes, false promises and get your money! I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this company after learning their true character besides their shoddy work!A reply to the owners FALSE statement. The removal of struts (The pre load spacers carelessly left on the struts) on a 2021 GMC 1500 4x4 is NOT "It’s an easy fix, less than an hour’s work" FALSE! Everyone knows that's not true and not even close plus there would be a re alignment when removing struts, in case you are not aware. All 3 estimates I got clearly exceed your "It’s an easy fix, less than an hour’s work" and the company I went with said it will take about 6 hours because they would need to also clean and re paint all the surface areas that your butcher/welder breached the undercoating wax. There was rust developing on the frame, should I post the photos? I simply asked for my labor cost to be refunded since your mistake has cost me WAY MORE than your 8 hour labor bill that I paid you for. Your company sent a confession statement-offer to compensate your shoddy mistake but you fail to explain that it also says in exchange " For this compensation, you agree to not charge back your credit card, now, or in the future and agree the matter is fully resolved. You also agree the work is satisfactory and no other issues need attention." Wouldn't that void my labor warranty and relieve your company of all and any potential future liability? That didnt seem like fair wording and I declined because your careless mistake has cost me MUCH more than your partial labor refund offer. Yesterday alone, I underwent a 5.5 HR labor time repair job at a BDS dealer that I drove 1.5 hours each way to rectify this issue but its still NOT level as promised and Im not sure if there are more labor defects and Im now debating if I should remove the entire kit and send it back and request my entire charge to be refunded. Either way, your POOR customer service after your shoddy mistake is totally UNACCEPTABLE by my expectancy and I wouldn't recommend anyone take the chance on their vehicle unless the outcome doesn't matter as much to them, but for me and my new truck, it matters!Suggestion: Maybe your mechanics should slow down and do the work with precision and strategic skill and not the "quick fix" shoddy way!

Highly recommend Outlaw, they are amazing. My wife and I are new to the jeep world but Mike and company really took care of us making great recommendations for our lift kit and tire carrier. Our rig is ready for the trails and it is all due to Outlaw. Thanks fellas!
